To let someone design a website for you from scratch can easily cost the same as a few years of web hosting and this represent a huge problem for us as web hosting service provider because the COST of DEVELOPMENT prevent a lot of people from making use of OUR services.

In order to overcome this problem we sourced a lot of website, templates, scripts and programs as well as designed or developed our own so that we can can offer it at low cost or even for free to OUR clients.

Many of these websites, templates, scripts or programs was however obtained under LICENSE or other terms and conditions from the different sources and this Terms and Conditions of Use therefore dealt with these legal issues.

Our goal is to help and support you, our client and this Terms and Conditions of Use should therefore not be seen as restrictive but as preventative to protect you as well as ourselves from potential legal problems. Website Shop Products Ownership

You may not claim intellectual, copyright or exclusive ownership to any Website Shop products unless specific stated otherwise.

You however have ownership of the website developed by youself with our products including all text, content and graphics added by yourself.

In plain terms such website belongs to you and you can use it for an unlimited period of time but some graphics or programming code might be copyright protected and you cannot claim it as your own.

The key point is that you purchased a Website Shop product for your own use and cannot freely copy and distribute it to friends or family or anybody else without written consent or if stated otherwise.

Website Shop Products Unauthorized Use

All of the following will be considered unauthorized use:

a. You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale unless it is a single and fully-developed website with a domain.

b. You may not distribute any Website Shop products purchased by you in any way.

Website Shop Product Modicications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to a Website Shop product. Customization and modifications do not overwrite the original copyright ownership unless stated otherwise or you developed a total different product.

Website Shop Fees

Many Website Shop products are licensed under the GPL License which means it are totally free and we may not charge you for such product.

It is however allowed to charge a fee for customisation or modifications to such products such as the integration of additional features or template layouts and our fees, if any, are based on this terms.

Where we charge a fee for a specific Website Shop product we will bill clients separately over and above the normal hosting and domain registration fees, where applicable.
